I guess I'm one of those "tweak...touch-up...spell check...tweak...touch-up...rinse...repeat." kind of people, but at the same time I also can't help jumping directly from "I'm done writing" to "Shut up, it's done".

So, I when I feel like I'm done writing I usually hit "Publish" right away, and then feverisly touch-up the hell out of the piece republishing every few minutes - sometimes for several hours.

For me, who suffer from (N)ADD, the frightening knowledge that people are already reading and judging my badly written drivel feels like the only way for me to focus on the tedious task of editing and touching up.

(It's somewhat difficult to suffer from both NADD and perfectionism at the same time. Ack!)
