Peter Howe: Which photos tell truer story?. Grein um spurningarnar sem ljósmyndarar í stríði þurfa að spurja sig. Áhugavert í framhaldi af blóðugu stríðsmyndunum sem ég vísaði á fyrr í dag. Áhugavert að hafa í huga þegar maður horfir á CNN, BBC, Al Jazeera. Allar eru þær eins og blindu mennirnir sem þreifuðu á fílnum.

"Wars are not fought by machines against machines, but people against people, and it is people who are war's victims, people such as the dead Iraqis in front of the bus. That such a photograph could produce the strong reaction against it is partly because it stands out when compared to the blander images that are the result, I believe, not of military censorship, but of the internal censorship that media companies impose upon their editors."
