If you are a part of an affiliate program (Amazon, CDnow, etc) all you have to do is to change your referral codes into the referral code of the charity organization you wish to support. Actually, you don't have to be an affiliate yourself... Anyways, suddenly those stupid $0.57/month become meaningful.
Furthermore, the random charity option makes being good not only hassle free, but also a total no-brainer.
