Random UI Design and HTML Links
Liquid html? is it really such a good thing? Birgitte Eaton, of eatonweb (bw: Javascript needed), axes an old and oft-asked question but adds a couple of interesting perspectives.
Peterme has a very good short piece on frames. Frames: Information Vs. Application. His rant pretty much sums up my thoughts on the use of HTML-frames.
Peterme seems like a smart guy. He's got a nice collection of rants about interface design - and he's got a weblog too!
Also, I finally got around to update my useful links page. Some additions were:
- Web Authoring FAQ (Useful for those clueless people.)
- A Dictionary of HTML META Tags
- (WDVL) The Web Developer's Virtual Library (How-tos, walk-throughs and tutorials for most types of web-related coding.)
