Jamie Zawinski's Web Collage is pretty cool. It assembles a big (800x600) clickable imagemap out of a jumble of pictures taken from all over on the web. Clicking a picture leads you to the page where it was taken from. - Interesting.

This Jamie guy also made DadaDodo (Subtitled: Exterminate All Rational Thought). "DadaDodo is a program that analyses texts for word probabilities, and then generates random sentences based on that. Sometimes these sentences are nonsense; but sometimes they cut right through to the heart of the matter, and reveal hidden meanings". The page has some interesting links also.
